Even if it does not have a race-track in real life, Pujerra does truly exist.

Just as in the novel, it is a tiny village in the mountains in the South of Spain; located at about a 30 kilometers drive from mountaintop Ronda to the North and a 50 kilometers drive to posh Marbella on the coasts to the South.
